<Volleyball
The sport of volleyball was invented in 1865 by a man that goes by the name of William G. Morgan. Volleyball is its own sport. It has its own rules and its own way of presenting itself. Most people think volleyball is super hard and hurts when the ball hits your forearms, however, you get used to it after some time. If for some reason you are not used to it by a month or two at most, then there are these things called sleeves that help with the force of the impact from hurting. Some sleeves even have elbow pads, so that when you go to dive after a ball your elbows don’t hurt. If your volleyball jersey is long sleeve, then just put the sleeve under the sleeve of the jersey.
The most times a single player has jumped in a match was 300 times, and the record for the most consecutive passes was 110 passes. There are five main skills in volleyball. These skills include: serving, passing (forearm underhand passing), setting (overhead passing), attack (hitting/spiking), blocking (from attack and defend positions), and defensive skills (diving/rolling/sliding). For doing almost all of these skills you must always use your legs. For example, Setting (overhead passing): you must use your legs to set the ball up high enough for your hitters to hit the ball perfectly over the net and score a point.
