I love baking because when you are baking you can create whatever you want. Like cupcakes, cakes, cookies, macaroons, cakepops, and so much more. You can make anything that you can imagine. Then one of the best parts is getting to eat it. you can also share some with your family and friends, that is how I started my baking buisness at home. Then my mom started to post pictures online like on facbook, and people started by some of my cookies and cakes. And I would either drop it off at their house orthey would pick it up

One of my favorite things to make are cakes, I love to make cakes because I love to decorate them. When I am decorating I can make them look however I want. I can use sprinkles, and I can make the icing any color. I can also make them any flavor, like chocolate, (my favorite) vanilla, strawberry, carrot, and funfetti. In addition to making cakes I love to make my chocolate chip cookies. I love to make these because they are always super fluffy and warm, and everybody always loves them especially when I make them on christmas eve. I also share some with the peopele in my neighborhood during Christmas because I will go and drop a few of at their front doors.

Baking is similar to chemistry or science. For example in science if you are doing an experiment you have to measure everything you are using and make sure that everything is perfect so that nothing goes wrong and in baking you have to do the same thing.
France is the best known country for baking, they are known for their famous bakeries, and amazing pastries like macaroons, croissants, and scones.
